The Firm was founded by Attorney at Law Lazar Radaković, after which it was quickly recognized on the market - as a Law Firm that provides reliable, efficient and creative solutions with a prior comprehensive assessment of the Client's legal situation and provision of legal services adapted to the specific case, according to the "tailored-made" principle.

Founder and Managing Attorney

The Founder and Managing Attorney of Radaković Law Firm is Lazar Radaković.

Lazar Radaković has an active and successful practice representing Clients in the most complex cases and high-value disputes.

He acts as an strategic legal counsel, mostly advising corporate Clients and creating legal & financial structures concerning the restructuring and recovery matters in relation with Client’s specific business system, situation or assets. As an experienced corporate lawyer, he is delivering precise, pragmatic and business-oriented advice.

Expertise

Lazar is an expert in corporate business of companies for all legal forms and structures, reorganization of companies, acquisition of companies (M&A) and collection of receivables - for corporate clients, investment funds and commercial banks.

He has a special professional specialization in the field of alternative sources of financing and investments through the all forms of Digital Assets.

Lazar Radaković has significant experience in representing Clients in investigation and criminal proceedings for the white collar crimes and sensitive cases of legal and financial recovery of the Client's business and private assets.

He is a member of the Bar Association of Serbia and the Bar Association of Belgrade.

In addition to his native Serbian language, he is fluent in English.

• Faculty of Law of the University of Belgrade (Bachelor Diploma, with an average grade of 9.80 out of 10);

•Faculty of Economics, Finance and Administration (FEFA), where he has approved Master's thesis on the topic: "Perspectives of the development of Alternative Investment Funds in the Republic of Serbia"
